One Buddy (One Buddy Trading) allows you to return your purchase for up to 7 days from the date of purchase. However, the returned merchandise must be new and complete packaging (to keep goods, accessories, packaging, carton manufacturers and all accompanying documents or data integrity).
Before returning, please email or call to notify One Buddy (One Buddy Trading). Please let us know the reason of the goods return.
Once we received the return and inspected by our staff, we will contact you thru email or phone call to make further arrangement.
One Buddy (One Buddy Trading) will bear the return postage only when the products have some defects. For more information, please contact us.
